A user can export a fitness for service assessment by downloading an ffs file. This file can be stored locally on the users PC or network. Saving the file allows sharing of FFS assessments as this file can be shared or placed on a network server and opened by any registered user.

To export an ffs file, click on the  icon. This icon is available from any screen except the Home page.

The user will get a prompt for Saving the downloaded file (depending on browser settings).

 

Selecting "Save As" from the above drop down, allows the user to browse to desired location and enter the file name.
